- What photos do you need?
- Clear, well-lit photos that show your pet's features. I will let you know if I need more to capture specific details — fur tone, eye colour, and characteristic expressions all matter.
- How long does it take?
- The timeline is set in your personalized quote, according to the studio's schedule, after you approve the composition. Every commission is planned individually.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, across Europe and North America, with a tracking code provided after dispatch. Shipping costs are confirmed in your quote. [A CONFIRMAR: custos de envio]
- Can I request changes at the end?
- Only fine adjustments — such as deepening shadows or refining small fur details. As an original handmade piece, structural changes are not possible once the painting is complete. The composition is approved before I begin, so you will know exactly what to expect.
- How does payment work?
- A 50% deposit reserves your dates and confirms the commission. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Payment details are shared in your quote.
- Do you paint memorial portraits?
- Yes. These commissions are handled with extra care and sensitivity. If you would like to honour a pet who has passed, please let me know in your message and I will give it the attention it deserves.
