Commission agreement

All commissions are governed by the terms agreed upon in the personalized quote. A 50% deposit confirms your commission and reserves your production slot. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual property

All artworks created by Paloma Linck remain the intellectual property of the artist. Commissioning a portrait grants the client the right to own and display the physical piece, but does not transfer copyright or the right to reproduce the artwork commercially.
